Important Information
The Documents You Will Need For Your Visa
Proof of Approval
This must be provided as an approval letter issued by the Immigration Department of Vietnam
Passport
The applicant's actual signed passport. The passport must:
Have at least one blank visa page
Be valid for one month beyond expiry date of visa
Photograph
Applicant must submit a passport photo taken within the last 01 year, 4x6cm in size, straight face, no hat, no dark or tinted glass. Both ears must be shown.
The photo must be clear for identification. The photo must not be edited anyhow.
The photo can be in colors/ black and white.
The background must be white/bright. Photos on dark and/or decorated backgrounds will not be accepted.
Letter of Invitation
A letter of invitation from the company the applicant is visiting. A copy is acceptable. This letter must:
Be addressed to the applicant
Be on company letterhead paper
Include the name of the applicant
Include the applicant's source of financial support during their stay
State in detail the purpose of journey
Be dated
Bear the stamp of the inviting company
Bear the signature and full printed name of the inviting party
Multiple Entry Applicants
Applicants requiring a multiple entry visa with a validity of longer than one month must ensure the entry and exit dates on the visa form are more than one month apart.
Proof of Travel Arrangements
This must be provided as a copy of the paid flight confirmation showing onward/return travel
Entry and Exit Dates
Visas are issued with specific start and expiry dates which are based on the dates stated on the visa application form. Travel must be completed within those dates.
