Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between AllVisaWorld Ltd (trading as AllVisa) (referred to as "Company," "We," or "Us") and the client (referred to as "Client" or "You"). By engaging our services, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:
1. Consultation Services
a. AllVisa provides visa consultation, passport renewals, and travel document processing services for individuals and businesses.
b. We do not guarantee the approval of any visa application. Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective government authorities.
2. Client Responsibilities
a. The Client is responsible for providing accurate and complete information for visa applications.b. The Client must adhere to all deadlines and requirements set by AllVisa and relevant government authorities.c. Any false or misleading information provided by the Client may lead to visa denial and legal consequences.
d. The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with travel restrictions and entry requirements of their destination country.
3. Service Fees
a. The Client agrees to pay AllVisa’s service fees as agreed upon during the consultation.b. Service fees and consulate/government fees are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application.c. AllVisa reserves the right to withhold passports and documents until full payment, including consular fees, is received.d. A deposit may be required to book an appointment, which is non-refundable after confirmation.
4. Visa Application Fees
a. Visa application fees imposed by government authorities are the responsibility of the Client and are not included in AllVisa’s service fees.b. We are not responsible for any changes in government visa fees or policies.c. Consular fees and rules may change without notice. If such changes occur, the Client is responsible for paying the new charges.
5. Privacy and Confidentiality
a. AllVisa will maintain the confidentiality of all client information provided during the application process.b. Client information will only be shared with relevant government authorities as necessary for visa or passport processing.
6. Refund Policy
a. If a visa application is denied due to an error made by AllVisa, we will refund our service fees, excluding government and third-party costs.
b. Refund requests must be made in writing within 5 working days of visa denial.
c. No refund will be issued if the visa is denied due to incorrect or misleading information provided by the Client.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
a. The Client may cancel an appointment only if an appointment confirmation has not been issued by AllVisa.
b. AllVisa reserves the right to cancel an appointment if all requested documents are not provided at least 24 hours before the appointment date.
c. If the Client cancels or reschedules after an appointment confirmation, the deposit amount will not be refunded.
d. The Company reserves the right to charge an additional deposit if a rescheduled appointment requires extra processing.
8. Limitation of Liability
a. AllVisa is not liable for any delays, visa denials, or losses incurred by the Client in connection with the visa application process.
b. Our liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid by the Client.
c. We cannot be held responsible for actions taken by embassies, consulates, passport offices, or visa centres, including delays, refusals, or loss of documents.
d. AllVisa is not responsible for any losses incurred due to incorrect or incomplete applications submitted by the Client.
9. Loss and Damages
a. AllVisa is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party postal or courier services.
b. We take great care when handling clients' passports and documents, but if any item is lost or damaged while in our possession, our liability is limited to the direct cost of replacing the item.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
a. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
b. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
11. Modification of Terms
a. AllVisa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
b. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website updates. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Right to Refuse Service
AllVisa reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or organisation without providing a reason.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using our services.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between AllVisaWorld Ltd and the Client and supersedes any prior agreements, whether written or verbal.
