Passport – Must be valid for at least six months with a minimum of two blank pages.
Two passport-sized photos.
UK Residence Permit (for non-British citizens):
BRP Card or Settled/Pre-Settled Status Certificate.
Proof of Residency – A recent UK utility bill or bank statement showing your full name and address.
Completed Saudi Business Visa application form.
Supporting/Introduction Letter from your UK company/department:
Must be attested by a UK Chamber of Commerce (AllVisa can arrange this).
Signed Declaration Form.
Visa Invitation Letter from your Saudi sponsor (copy accepted).
Important: Medical insurance from a Saudi provider is required for all Saudi Business Visa applications. The insurance fee is typically £70.00, in addition to the Consulate fees and our handling fees, and may vary for each applicant.
